What does a Crew Bookings Administrator do?

As Crew Bookings Administrator, you will support your four colleagues in the Crew Bookings department as they book riggers onto shows across the UK. As the coordinators fill the shows, your role will be to send vital correspondence to each rigger in the form of a purchase order and text message confirmation. The entertainment industry is fast paced and plans often change, so you might be sending out urgent updates under pressure. You’ll be dealing with well recognised venues and clients, so confidentiality is key.

Do you have the right experience?

  • Excellent written English and grammar is essential
  • Previous experience in a professional role is beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems is beneficial, preferably including Microsoft Excel

Where and when will you be working?

  • You’ll be based at the Bolton Office
  • Part time will be considered for this role (see below for examples)

Schedule A – Full time

  • Monday to Friday
  • 35 hours a week
  • 1 hour lunch break, unpaid
  • 8.00am-4.00pm, 8.30am – 4.30pm or, 9.30am-5.30pm

Schedule B – Early start

  • Monday to Friday
  • 30 hours a week
  • 30min lunch break, unpaid
  • 8am – 2.30pm

Schedule C – School hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 25 hours a week
  • 30-minute lunch break, unpaid
  • 9.15am – 2.45pm

Other requests will be considered but must be:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Earliest start 8am
  • Latest finish 5.30pm
  • Lunch break of 30mins or 60mins
