If your order is delayed we will contact you to find out if the delay is acceptable. Once you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to notify us of any shortages in the order.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving goods without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel an order, please email email@example.com detailing the order reference number and the items. The return will be authorised once the return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number is issued and you should then return the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and in satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable carrier. We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this happening. The customer will be refunded the full cost of the purchase within 10 days of the return of the goods.
Equipment must be returned to UK Rigging, Rigging Accessories and PPE Shop RETURNS, 110 Bridgeman Street, Bolton, BL3 6BS.
This applies to all goods except for personal protective equipment (PPE). UK Rigging cannot the return of any item of PPE even if they are unused. Every item of P.P.E. must be traceable back to the manufacturer in case of failure or product recall. At UK Rigging we have several stages involved with the traceability of PPE gear. If in this trace it is shown that the items were sent out and then received back in (which is against PPE regulations) then not only will we potentially be liable but there is a serious possibility that we will no longer be allowed to supply PPE equipment.
UK Rigging send out a certificate of conformity with each PPE order that we receive. This certificate of conformity is a guarantee to our customers that the equipment supplied conforms to the various regulations and we cannot send out this certificate in good faith if we know that the goods have previously left the shop.
Refunds for Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Refunds will be given for damaged, faulty or incorrect orders but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
If you receive goods which have been damaged during transit, this must be acknowledged on the delivery note. Please keep the packaging and e-mail details to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
If the goods are incorrect, ie do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods you should e-mail details to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will only be issued on incorrect goods if they are returned complete, unused, unopened / with tags attached and in re-saleable condition.
In the event of goods being faulty you should initially contact us by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm whether or not the goods are actually faulty. If the faulty goods need to be returned to us an RMA number must first be obtained from us by e-mailing email@example.com with the receipt number and a description of the actual fault in the goods.
For all returns we will issue you with an RMA number, you should then return the goods (with packaging in the case of damaged goods). The RMA number should be clearly marked by you on the package as well as including a description of why the item has been returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and in satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable carrier. We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged in transit on return to us and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this happening. Where appropriate we will refund you the cost of delivery.
For faulty items, upon receipt of the goods they will be tested for the reported fault. In some instances (i.e. if we cannot fully test the goods) we may need to send them to the manufacturer for testing / their opinion. If the goods are found to be faulty a repair or replacement will be carried out depending on what is the most proportionate response. However, if the goods are tested and found to be in working order, the fault was caused by misuse or the goods are beyond their reasonable life expectancy then they will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of carriage. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable handling charge if the goods prove to be non-defective after testing.
