- Technical Inspection: Accurately checking equipment in and out, ensuring all components meet safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repairs on rigging gear to keep it in peak working order.
- Transport Logistics: Regularly loading and unloading specialized equipment onto trucks and vans for major industry projects.
- Digital Tracking: Utilizing IT systems to scan and track the movements of assets while picking and packing hire equipment orders.
- Environment Management: Maintaining an organized, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
DO YOU HAVE THE TECHNICAL MINDSET?
- Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy understanding how things work and are confident using tools to maintain and repair equipment.
- Technical Accuracy: You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every item is checked with 100% accuracy to maintain safety standards.
- Manual Dexterity: You have the “hands-on” skills required to handle a wide range of rigging tasks and equipment maintenance.
- Physical Stamina: You are comfortable being on your feet most of the day, with heavy lifting and the manual work involved in loading and unloading vehicles.
- Professional Responsibility: You can be trusted to complete solo maintenance tasks and take ownership of the safety of the gear you inspect.
- Team Player: You enjoy working hard within a team to achieve shared goals.
